If a page or form is difficult to use, you can reach AMRIB by phone or email. Tell the team what you need and the best way to respond; you do not need to disclose a disability or medical history.
Our approach
AMRIB aims to make information about care and career opportunities understandable and usable for people with different access needs. The website uses WCAG-informed design practices, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a reference for ongoing improvements.
A formal accessibility conformance audit has not been completed. This statement does not claim full WCAG or ADA compliance.
Language choices
You can choose English, Spanish, or Haitian Creole using the language selector at the lower left. The site saves only this language preference on your device, so it can remain selected when you return or open a policy page. You can change it at any time or clear the site’s browser data to remove it.
Motion and slideshows
Animated sections and slideshows include pause controls. Supported animations respond to your device or browser’s reduced-motion preference. Slides can also be chosen manually, so following an automatic sequence is not required to read the content.
You can set a reduced-motion preference in your device’s accessibility settings. These pages do not add automatic motion.
Forms and contact options
The enquiry form uses labeled fields, grouped choices, validation messages, back controls, and an answer review before submission. The contact permission must be checked before sending an enquiry. Required information changes to match the care or career path and the contact method you choose.
JavaScript is needed for the conversational form and some homepage controls. If these features are unavailable or difficult to use, call (786) 897-0313 or email amribhha@gmail.com for another way to enquire.
Testing and current limitations
Page layouts and navigation have been checked in a Chromium-based browser at mobile, tablet, and desktop widths. These checks do not replace testing with every browser, device, screen reader, or other assistive technology. A comprehensive assistive-technology audit remains outstanding.
External calling and email applications are controlled by their providers. AMRIB cannot adjust the accessibility of those applications, but the team can discuss another way to communicate.
Report a barrier or request assistance
When reporting a problem, include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and your preferred way to receive a reply. Browser, device, or assistive-technology details can help if you are comfortable sharing them.
For an alternative format or help with an enquiry, contact AMRIB. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. This statement was reviewed on November 4, 2026 and will be updated as the site changes.
